By accessing and using the FillForce service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use our service.

FillForce is operated by AKDEV Solutions, SRL, a company registered in the Republic of Moldova.

2. Description of Service

FillForce is a shift management platform that allows companies to post available shifts and workers to apply for them. The service includes features for planning, applying, confirming, and reporting.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments for FillForce services are made in advance by bank transfer. Prices are expressed in MDL and do not include VAT. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the FillForce platform, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and content, belong to FillForce or its licensors. You do not have the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

FillForce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
